[Help] USB Network Adapter
Hopefully someone can help me. I just did a clean install of 7 RC 64 bit, no problem. I was running 32bit Vista (Home Premium & Ultimate), and 7 Build 6801 32 bit, and was using a Dynex Wireless G USB Network Adapter (DX-BUSB) with no problems. When I inserted the software disc that came with the adapter it said it was not supported with 64 bit Windows XP or Vista. I was able to install the driver off the disk in Device Manager. Plugged in adapter, restarted, and the network I connect to shows up, and says Limited Access but in Network and Sharing Center it says I'm not connected, when I click the red X between my computer and the Internet It says there is a problem with the driver. Not sure what else to do. I don't understand why It shows available networks and says limited access, but says I have a problem with driver. I also downloaded and installed the driver from their website, and it runs through the installation, but when asked to plug in adapter, it doesn't do anything. I'm downloading the 32 bit version now, but hope maybe someone has a workaround or something I missed, I have been excited to upgrade to the 64 bit version, but will not be happy without internet. May have to Dual boot 64 and 32 bit versions. Thanx in advance.

If there is a problem with the driver, you need to install a new one. Or reinstall the one you already have.
